Notice of Change to Tariffs and Fees October 2023

You are hereby notified that DMEA proposes to make changes to rate tariff no. 13 regarding net metering to become effective October 1, 2023.

The proposed changes are red-lined and attached to this notification.

A hearing, final authorization, and documentation of the proposed changes will be made at the regular meeting of the DMEA Board of Directors to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at DMEA’s headquarters located at 11925 6300 Rd. Montrose, CO 81401.

Anyone desiring to comment on the proposed changes may file written comments with DMEA at least one (1) day prior to the regular meeting date; all written comments must be received no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, by 5 p.m. Written comments can be submitted via e-mail to amy.taylor@dmea.com, my mail to DMEA Attn: Amy Taylor 11925 6300 Rd., Montrose, CO 81401, or dropped off at the DMEA Read Service Center or Headquarters facility.

Members may also make their comments during the rate hearing. If one wishes to attend the rate hearing, but cannot do so in person, please contact Amy Taylor (970-240-1212 or amy.taylor@dmea.com) no later than Monday, September 25, 2023, by 5 p.m. for virtual attendance information.

The approved changes approved by the Board may or may not be the same as those initially proposed as the Board will take member feedback into consideration before any final determinations.
