Official Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members of Delta-Montrose Electric Association
Notice is hereby given of the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Members of Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA), to be held Thursday, June 16, 2022, at the Montrose Community Recreation Center, 16350 Woodgate Rd., Montrose, CO, for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors, receiving reports covering the calendar year 2021, and for transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Notice of this meeting date was previously posted on DMEA’s website at least six months prior and written notice of the meeting has also been sent by mail, or by electronic communication, to all members.
Registration for the meeting will open at 4:00 p.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. In accordance with DMEA Bylaws, the election for the following Board of Director candidates will conclude at the Annual Meeting.

Voting for the election of above director candidates shall be by mail or in-person. Mail-in ballots must be received by June 14, 2022, in order to be counted. If not casted by mail, member votes may be cast in person at the Annual Meeting between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The election results will be announced during the business meeting. The schedule of the Annual Meeting is as follows: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.: Member registration, voting, and early dinner; 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.: DMEA business meeting; 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.: Late dinner and entertainment.
