Official Notice of the Annual Meeting of the Members of Delta-Montrose Electric Association

Notice is hereby given of the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Members of Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA), to be held virtually Thursday, June 17, 2021, for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors, receiving reports covering the calendar year 2020, and for transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Registration for the meeting is open at www.dmea.com. Upon registration, attendees will receive an email with instructions and their Zoom login credentials for the meeting. Registration will close 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2021. The following Board of Director candidates are running unopposed and, pursuant to DMEA's bylaws regarding un-contested elections, will be formally elected by a voice vote during the virtual Annual Meeting:

William (Bill) Patterson (District 1)
Kyle Martinez (District 2)
Leslie (Chris) Hauck (District 5)
